Return & Refund Policy
I rarely deal with returns but in the case I do, returns are only accepted in exchange for store credit or in exchange for a different style/size bow. I do not do cash/card refunds. All items are made to order unless it is a ready to ship drop. Clothing items are only eligible for a store credit. You will receive store credit/new items once the original item is back in my hands.
I will only accept returns/store credit for unworn and undamaged items. Shipping from you to me is your responsibility and I will pay to ship them back to you in the event of an exchange.
Email email@example.com for all order questions with your order number if you have one. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days. I do not respond on the weekends or weeknights. My hours of operation are from 8AM-5PM ET.
