Turnaround Time fluctuates depending on the volume of orders open plus what is estimated for each drop it can range from 5-21 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends. I try my best to always beat TAT and get items out quicker than expected.
Once your order is no longer in my possession and is in the possession of the USPS or another shipping company, The Sweet Peach is no longer responsible for your item(s). You should contact the shipping provider in which you received a tracking number through. You will receive a tracking number via email, if you did not enter an email or phone number at checkout or lost the notification, you will need to reach out to me via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to get the tracking number. Please include your order number and name and I will do my best to help resolve any issues!
